In this role, you’ll provide high-level support to two Senior Directors and their software engineering teams, while serving as a trusted backup to the VP as needed. You’ll regularly assist with light office tasks, including preparing meeting spaces and supporting events. Manage complex calendars, adjusting quickly to shifting priorities and last-minute requests.\\nPlan and coordinate internal events, including off-sites, team-building activities, and support with organization-wide meetings. \\nPrioritize and track multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and attention to detail.\\nOversee daily office operations including managing domestic and international shipments, initiating purchase orders, and partnering with the lead EA on space planning and seating needs.\\nManage and track equipment for new hires, contractors, and employee refreshes.\\nEnsure a seamless onboarding experience by preparing required equipment, coordinating Day 1 readiness, and training new team members on processes and procedures.\\nCollaborate with the administrative team to standardize processes, share best practices, and improve operational efficiency.\\nFoster a positive and respectful work environment by demonstrating strong communication, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence in all interactions.
5–6 years of administrative and calendaring experience supporting senior leadership.\\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with senior executives and cross-functional teams.\\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\\nProven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.\\nProactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.\\nMaintains composure under pressure while making timely, well-informed decisions.\\nProficiency with Mac OS/iOS, Calendar, Mail, Slack, and Keynote, with the ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and effectively leverage new technologies as business needs evolve.
Project management experience.\\nExperience supporting engineering or technical teams.\\nStrong conflict-management skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
