What Will You Do in This Role?

As Business Office Manager, you oversee all business office operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, under the direction of the Executive Director. You coordinate with the Central Billing Office to manage resident billing, maintain accurate logs and reports, and oversee accounts payable process, including invocie management and timeply payments. You are also reponsible for payroll, human resources, and benefits administration, including employee relations, recuritng, hiring, onboarding, compensation, leave management, worker's compensation, terminations, and unemployment claims. You support organizational goals by promoting positive employee relations and efficient administraative operations. 

 

 

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Associates degree in business or accounting fields preferred
  • Prior experience in business office operations in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
  • Must possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationship with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community
  • Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
