Collision Repair Center
We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee accounting, payroll, and human resources functions for a growing collision repair center. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and consistent people processes while supporting leadership with operational and financial insight.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, and payroll support
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial and KPI reports
- Close repair orders and support operational reporting
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, benefits, and HR administration
- Maintain accounting, payroll, and shop management systems
- Support audits, compliance, and internal controls
- Provide limited front office support as needed
- 3-5+ years of experience in accounting, office management, or HR
- QuickBooks and payroll system experience required
- Automotive or collision repair experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
This is a key leadership role offering visibility into both financial performance and team operations.
