Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our facility. This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing, strong resident account management, and smooth business office functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and collections
• Oversee Medicaid/Medicare and private pay processes
• Ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and reporting
• Work closely with Admissions, Nursing, and Administration
• Support residents and families with financial questions
• Supervise and support business office staff

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare billing or business office management preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare and insurance processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior long-term care experience is a plus
