This isn't your typical office manager role. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive, while keeping our entire facility running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be responsible for…

• Fostering a welcoming, professional environment by greeting visitors, answering and routing incoming phone calls promptly, and leading company tours.
• Overseeing daily operations by managing the front desk area, ordering office supplies, stocking snacks, and keeping the workplace clean, organized, and running smoothly. 
• Managing site needs including booking travel, company car scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Planning, coordinating, and participating in company events, team gatherings, and celebrations to build engagement, excitement, and a friendly atmosphere for all employees.
• Supporting HR and internal stakeholders by preparing onboarding materials, coordinating calendars, maintaining accurate and confidential employee files, and assisting with other general administrative projects.
• Leading recruitment efforts and coordinating programming for internship and co-op roles, representing OnLogic at career fairs and community events, and proactively collaborating with local partners to build lasting relationships that foster a diverse and robust early talent pipeline.
• Embracing a flexible, "wear multiple hats" mindset to adapt as business needs evolve.

• Satisfactory completion of a background check.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $75,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
