We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to executives within our Experian Marketing Services (EMS) business unit.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Book travel arrangements (international and domestic), including flights, transportation, and accommodations.
- Responsible for preparing, submitting, and reconciling expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Take meeting minutes and help track action items from meetings when requested.
- Help ensure executive is on time to important meetings and assist with conflicts when requested.
- Organize presentation materials.
- Plan events, including team building and off-sites.
- Work with other Executive Assistants and provide backup.
- Assist with department new hire set up - equipment ordering, office supplies, profile set up, and onboarding meetings.
- 5+ years of administrative support experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and deliver consistent, high-quality support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook for calendar management, meeting coordination, and email prioritization.
- Experience managing complex, high-volume executive calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating logistics, and handling last-minute changes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experienced in coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Ability to monitor travel plans and adjust bookings to accommodate schedule changes, minimize disruptions, and ensure a seamless travel experience for executives.
- Preference for candidates based in or near New York, NY, for in-person collaboration. Remote candidates will also be considered.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
