About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and basic financial tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Experience in a fast-paced or remote work environment.
