Your Impact
In this role, your work will directly influence:
- The speed and quality of onboarding for new hires
- The effectiveness of leaders across multiple properties
- Clear, consistent communication across English and Spanish-speaking teams
- Organizational compliance, accuracy, and operational confidence
Key Responsibilities
Drive Efficient HR Operations
- Standardize onboarding, orientation, and HR processes across multiple locations
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and resources
- Reduce administrative burden for HR Business Partners and leaders
Support Executive HR Leadership
- Coordinate schedules, priorities, and key HR initiatives
- Track project progress and ensure timely follow-through
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level materials
- Assist with leadership meetings, trainings, and communications
Serve as a Culture Ambassador
- Ensure clear and professional communication
- Support associates and leaders with workplace questions and guidance
- Strengthen engagement across a passionate workforce
Maintain HR Systems & Data Integrity
- Manage and maintain accurate data within HRIS (Dayforce preferred)
- Support reporting, compliance tracking, and training completion
- Provide data insights that support better workforce decisions

Qualifications
- Experience in HR administration, coordination, or similar role
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR systems and reporting tools (Dayforce a plus)
