DescriptionMcGregor Baptist Church is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations in a Christ-centered environment. This role assists with onboarding, employee records, recruiting support, compliance tracking, scheduling, and general HR administrative duties while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–4 years of administrative or HR experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva and HRIS systems preferred
Schedule
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Monday–Friday with flexibility for working hours during business hours
