What You'll Do
As Office Manager, you'll be at the center of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly across locations:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations in partnership with the Practice Manager
- Create and manage staff schedules to align with patient demand and optimize workflow
- Monitor provider schedules to maximize access and support same-day appointments
- Supervise front office staff and medical assistants, providing guidance and support
- Step in as needed—this is a hands-on role with front desk responsibilities during peak times
- Review and manage PTO requests in alignment with company policy
- Support payroll preparation and administrative processes
- Maintain inventory of clinical and office supplies
- Lead staff engagement initiatives and help cultivate a professional, positive clinic culture
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Coordinate staff training, including compliance and emergency preparedness
- Support marketing and growth initiatives within the community
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and internal policies
- Help lead team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- Front desk experience in a medical setting (physician practice or urgent care preferred)
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- EMR experience (Athena a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person)
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
