Your responsibilities would be the day to day operations of the office.

Option to work from home 1 to 2 days out of the week.

Responsibilities:

• Able to follow-up with clients, government agencies, management and other entities via company communication system, phone, email and/or text
  
• Associates Degree Desirable
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in office administrative assistance
  
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently with little guidance
  
• Exceptional good communication skills
  
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  
• Good working knowledge and proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
