We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a bilingual Administrative Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting our office’s day-to-day activities. In this role, you will help facilitate critical administrative tasks, ensuring our team runs efficiently and effectively.

Your strong organizational skills will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of the office, allowing our team to focus on providing exceptional service.
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting other team members in various administrative tasks. This includes helping with document processing, office coordination, billing/payment support, and other general office functions.
This is an in-office position requiring a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is ready to assist with administrative needs and act as backup for key roles when needed.
