This role will be responsible for managing complex calendars, arranging business travel, procuring supplies, coordinating events, and maintaining a tidy and functional office space.

<\/b><\/div> - Responsibilities and Duties:
<\/div> - Manage complex calendars for executives, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment with priorities.
<\/div> - Arrange business travel for team members and executives.
<\/div> - Procure hardware, software, office supplies, and reference materials.
<\/div> - Coordinate and provide logistical support for team meetings, morale events, and office moves.
<\/div> - Manage team headcount and partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team.
<\/div> - Process expense reports.
<\/div> - Drive training and compliance for the organization in partnership with the business manager.
<\/div> - Work on special projects in coordination with the managing executive assistant, business manager, and other admins.

<\/div>5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?<\/b>
<\/b><\/div> - MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications:
<\/div> - 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Administrator or Executive Assistant.
<\/div> - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
<\/div> - Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
<\/div> - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
<\/div> - Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
<\/div> - Experience in customer service or nonprofit background.
<\/div> - Knowledge of corporate organization and departmental business practices.
<\/div> - Familiarity with Microsoft culture and tools, especially in supporting high -level executives.
