Office Manager
Location: (West Seattle)
Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 20 Hours per Week)
Compensation: Starting at $25-40HR
The Opportunity
Seattle Search Group is partnering with a growing CPA firm to identify an organized and proactive Office Manager. This is a highly visible role supporting executive leadership while overseeing day-to-day office operations, administrative functions, and company events.
The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position offers a diverse mix of executive support, office management, project coordination, and event planning, with the opportunity to grow as the organization continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration

Manage incoming mail, packages, and office correspondence.

Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

Maintain organized electronic and physical records.

Assist with basic technology setup and software coordination.

Support general administrative and operational projects.
Executive Support
-
Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.

Coordinate travel arrangements and executive logistics.

Handle confidential communications and administrative requests.

Track priorities and follow up on action items across leadership.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership.
Operations & Event Coordination

Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.

Assist with planning leadership meetings and company gatherings.

Coordinate vendors, schedules, and event logistics.

Support special projects and operational initiatives.
Content & Administrative Support

Assist with logistics during company content recording sessions.

Coordinate file organization and transfer of recorded content.

Track production timelines and administrative follow-up.

Support miscellaneous projects as business needs evolve.
Qualifications

3+ years of office management, executive assistant, administrative, or operations experience.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common business software.

Comfortable learning new technology and systems.

Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
