Job Description Summary
As the Box Office Manager, the candidate will manager all box office operations and ticket sales throughout Agua Caliente Casinos. This position will oversee the sales through multiple venues, as well as the creation and management of all events in the ticketing system. The candidate must have the ability to build, manage and track all components of the live event build including but not limited to; local and national VIP programs, Ticketmaster Platinum and TM+. Additionally, the candidate must be extremely proficient in Ticketmaster Host and TM1 Sales. The candidate will also work to ensure all reporting and settlements are presented accurately to the responsible Entertainment Manager, entertainment agency responsible agent and property finance team. The ability to effectively manage multiple projects, as well as ability to multitask and pivot easily as business demands will be essential.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment as well as temperature extremes experienced in outdoor venues.
Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
