Under general supervision, provide the results of criminal history searches to the requesting magistrate, probation staff, police department order, or other official criminal justice agency. Maintains accurate file systems and updates defendant records as required by the agency. Verifies the results of completed pretrial defendant questionnaires for content and accuracy via telephone. Provide case entry and retrieval for General District Court, probation and court appointed attorney assignments. Reviews warrants and prepares other court case documents for pick-up and processing.
This position provides general administrative support in the assigned functional areas of office administration, court support services, records management, and/or front-line customer service.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Any combination of education, experience and training equivalent to high school graduation and one year of experience providing administrative support in the assigned functional area(s).

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check to the satisfaction of the employer.
