Compensation: $70,304–$73,500 per year
The Front Office Manager is a dynamic hospitality leader responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence at the hotel. This role serves as the face of the guest experience, leading the front office team with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team, creating a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and outstanding guest service.
- Model and promote exceptional hospitality standards, ensuring all guest interactions are warm, welcoming, and personalized.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning service opportunities into positive experiences.
- Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and labor productivity to support operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, company policies, and service procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Sales, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Analyze guest feedback, online reviews, and service metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Train team members on service standards, hotel systems, and best practices to maintain operational excellence.
- Support revenue goals by maximizing room inventory, upselling opportunities, and guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hotel front office leadership experience, preferably within a branded hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, guest relations, and hotel management systems.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
