Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our Bethesda site, located at 4825 Bethesda Ave. In this in-person role, you will support clinicians and staff, manage scheduling and patient communications, maintain office systems and supplies, and help foster a warm and professional atmosphere for all who walk through our doors. You’ll play a pivotal role in our patient-first care model.
Schedule:
To start this role will be Monday through Thursday. Once the site has enough patient volume to support a fifth open day, we would add Fridays to make a Monday-Friday schedule.
The role is full-time hourly with benefits. It would be roughly 32 hours per week to start (benefits eligible) and then would move to roughly 40 hours per week (also benefits eligible). The daily schedule would be 8.5-hour shifts that fall between the 8:30am-8:00pm time range (TBD). The schedule for this role would be set.
