Graduate Student Administrative Assistant
Locations: Eden Hall, Shadyside
Reports to: Director of Academic Operations
Position Summary: The Student Administrative Assistant provides part-time administrative and operational support to the Dean’s Office, with a primary focus on visitor experiences, College events, and supplemental operational needs that support the College’s presence across both campuses. This role extends the capacity of the Director of Academic Operations and Program Assistant by assisting with admissions-related activities, external tours, large-scale events, communications, and routine administrative tasks that contribute to a welcoming and well-coordinated College environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
