The Role: Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: Hybrid | San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $150,000–$160,000 base + bonus + exceptional benefits

The Role:This is a true right-hand partnership for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys staying ten steps ahead. You'll manage an ever-changing calendar, coordinate complex domestic and international travel, prepare meeting materials, oversee expenses, and serve as a trusted gatekeeper for a Founder with a full and dynamic schedule.
The Day-to-Day:
- Own and manage an ever-evolving calendar, balancing competing priorities with precision and foresight
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and briefing documents
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including founders, investors, and executives
- Coordinate board meetings, investor meetings, offsites, and special events
- Track action items and ensure follow-through on key initiatives
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking
- Support special projects and operational initiatives across the firm
- Help streamline processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience within venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth technology company strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented mindset
- High emotional intelligence with sound judgment and discretion
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and executive priorities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
