We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Clinical Diagnostics Group senior leadership team. You will provide exceptional administrative support to the President, EVP Clinical Diagnostics Group and secondary support to additional Executives or leaders as needed and assigned. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the office of the Clinical Diagnostics EVP, with an emphasis on complex scheduling, project support, travel, and expense management. You will be an integral member of the executive support team and play a key role in helping cultivate a strong culture of teamwork. The position requires exemplary service orientation, excellent organizational skills, and independent problem solving. The successful candidate will be proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and able to balance long range scheduling and planning activities while also responding to urgent items as they arise. The role requires a high degree of technical savvy and experience with common office software programs.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $107,900 to $148,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
