You'll be an extension of the CEO, helping create leverage across the organization while building scalable systems, improving operational efficiency, and bringing structure to a rapidly evolving Office of the CEO. - Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted extension of the CEO in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Build and continuously refine the operational infrastructure of the Office of the CEO, creating scalable systems and processes that enable long-term growth.
- Own an exceptionally complex calendar, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized against the company's highest priorities.
- Anticipate needs before they arise, proactively identifying solutions and removing obstacles before they become problems.
- Partner closely with executives, board members, investors, and key internal and external stakeholders with exceptional professionalism and discretion.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, automate processes, and drive greater efficiency across executive operations.
- Coordinate high-profile meetings, leadership offsites, and strategic initiatives with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bring clarity, organization, and thoughtful execution to a constantly changing environment while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Act as a culture carrier and trusted ambassador for the CEO and the broader leadership team.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or UHNW executive within a high-growth, high-stakes environment.
- Exceptionally high emotional intelligence with the ability to read situations, anticipate needs, and build trusted relationships across every level of an organization.
- A naturally strategic mindset who enjoys thinking several steps ahead and acting as a true thought partner rather than simply executing tasks.
