| Position Highlights | The Executive Assistant provides specialized administrative, operational, and project support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Leadership Team. This position manages executive operations, coordinates strategic initiatives, facilitates executive communications, and ensures the efficient operation of the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as the primary administrative liaison to AZPM's Community Advisory Board (CAB), supporting board governance, communications, and community engagement activities. Additionally, the position maintains records and coordinates selected regulatory and licensing processes that support AZPM’s broadcast operations in collaboration with responsible university and external partners. This highly visible position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, initiative, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under moderate guidance while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. | Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report | In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
