Primary School Administrative Assistant
The Harlan Community School District is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Primary School Secretary to serve as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors. This position provides administrative support to the building principal and staff while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the school office. Responsibilities include managing student attendance and records, answering phones, greeting visitors, coordinating communications, maintaining confidential information, assisting with student registration, and supporting school events and activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with technology, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while fostering a welcoming and positive school climate.
