Livwell Health LLC is currently searching for a professional to fill the part-time position of Administrative Assistant at our clinic in Scottsdale. The administrative assistant is responsible for answering phones, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, faxing treatment notes, and providing non-clinical assistance to healthcare providers for our sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides courteous and respectful customer service to patients
- Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects copays and schedules appointments
- Answers and routes incoming calls
- Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies
- Receives and organizes deliveries
- Respects confidentiality of all patients
- Collects necessary paperwork for each patient
Educational / Professional Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree (preferred)
Skills:
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Reliable work history
- Able to collaborate in a team environment while being self motivated when working alone
- Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of basic computer systems (MS Office)
Pay:
$20-$23 an hour
