Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the TRIO Collegiate Programs, including two McNair programs and one SSS STEM program. This position ensures the efficient day-to-day functioning of program offices, assists with student services coordination, manages program documentation, and supports program staff in implementing federal TRIO initiatives. The role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field. Experience supporting federally funded programs, academic programs, or TRIO initiatives. Experience coordinating events, workshops, or student programming. Familiarity with student information systems, database management, and grant reporting.
