We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Survey Department. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires strong data entry skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of accuracy.
The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, can stay focused under pressure, and takes pride in producing accurate, timely work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain job data and documentation in internal systems
- Perform high-volume scanning and document management
- Manage and track a large volume of emails daily
- Process and generate invoices for completed jobs
- Prepare and update schedules
- Order title reports and supporting documentation
- Process existing jobs and input new orders
- Client interaction
- Provide administrative support across departments as needed

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred
- Experience handling high-volume workloads is a plus
