The Role
We are looking for a sharp, dependable Seasonal Administrative Assistant to assist with labor invoices, data entry and administrative tasks. If you thrive on variety, take pride in getting the details right, and enjoy being the person people count on, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Invoicing incoming jobs and verifying Labor Invoices (Frequent)
- Data Entry in Spreadsheets and databases (Frequent)
- General Forms Data Entry (Frequent)
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the operations team
- Update and manage data in Excel and Google Sheets as needed
- Support special projects and company initiatives as directed by leadership
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Compensation & Benefits
- Seasonal, Full-TIme position, June - end of August
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week, 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance — eligible after 30 days of employment
- PTO — begins accruing after 30 days of employment
- 401(k) — eligible after 6 months of employment
- All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
