Despite our growth, we have stayed true to our roots — maintaining a tight-knit, team-oriented culture where employees are valued and customers are treated like family.The RoleWe are looking for a sharp, dependable Office Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to our senior executive team at our Kansas City headquarters. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role at the center of our daily operations — you will be the person who keeps executives organized, communications flowing, and the office running smoothly. If you thrive on variety, take pride in getting the details right, and enjoy being the person people count on, this role is for you.Candidates with experience supporting executives or leadership teams are preferred but not required.What You'll DoManage and prioritize daily task lists, schedules, and calendars for multiple senior executivesCoordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and following up on action itemsScreen and triage incoming calls and emails, responding or routing as appropriateServe as a point of contact for vendor communications and relationship managementPrepare documents, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executive teamUpdate and manage data in Excel and Google Sheets as neededSupport special projects and company initiatives as directed by leadershipHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionWhat Success Looks Like in Your First 90 DaysExecutives trust you to manage their calendars and communications with minimal oversightYou have built strong working relationships with internal teams and key vendorsDay-to-day office operations run more smoothly because you are in the roleCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $45,000–$50,000, based on experienceSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week, 1-hour unpaid lunch)Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance — eligible after 30 days of employmentPTO — begins accruing after 30 days of employment401(k) — eligible after 6 months of employment
