The Job You Will Perform:
Provide visible and active leadership in delivering excellent safety results. Actively participates in the facilities safety observation program
Performs recordkeeping for all required documentation per IP record retention policy and regulatory requirements
Manage hourly work schedules/payroll practices and attendance reporting
Provides clerical support for the office and production team when needed
Coordinates records retention for department
Participates in SharePoint maintenance for the department
Assists in managing general building maintenance by coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping
Assists with scheduling meetings/teleconferences/appointments for managers and other staff members
Supports meetings by ordering meals, coordinating meeting locations, and tracking equipment
Arranges for company business lunches on and off-site
Makes travel arrangements for managers and staff
Coordinates the mail service needs for the department by picking up mail and delivering mail to Security at the beginning and at the end of each work day
Orders and maintains office supplies
Enters purchase requisitions and generates check requests when needed
Updates procedures and policies as requested
Seeks out and implements best practices using teams, databases, vendors, and other resources
Performs any other duties related to the position of administrative assistant as directed by the managers or requested by the staff
The Skills You Will Bring:
Minimum of three (3) years administrative assistant experience required, 5+ years of experience preferred.
Experience with payroll systems and SAP preferred
Experience managing SharePoint preferred
Must have strong computer experience using Microsoft Office and Excel as well as experience using reporting database systems.
Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment is preferred.
