We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) Administrative Assistant who is organized, positive, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting daily office operations, and helping both employees and management stay on track.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with clients regarding scheduling, updates, and project needs
- Support landscape managers and crews with daily administrative tasks
- Help schedule and organize crews, materials, and job information
- Maintain employee files and company records
- Help Spanish-speaking team members with forms and communication
- Answer phones, emails, and general office inquiries
- Assist managers with administrative and office tasks
- Help keep daily office operations organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace)
- Administrative, customer service, or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
