Front Office Manager- Surgery

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Department of Surgery leadership team in the role of Front Office Manager.
Under the supervision of the designated supervisor, this position exists to provide assistance to the Practice Administrator in planning, budgeting and overall operations including special projects, analysis and policies and procedures. The incumbent will plan, coordinate and manage ongoing analysis, development and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. Provides leadership for the development and management and overall front office support to the practice plans and strategic goals of the assigned the organization.
This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift at Emerson Hall. Ideal candidates should have previous experience working within a healthcare setting. Preference to individuals with previous people leadership experience.

Reports to: Service Line Administrator

Key Relationships: Various divisions within the surgery dept

• Requires three years of ambulatory practice experience
