In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and project support to the CEO and Board of Directors. You will coordinate meetings and events, manage communication and documentation, prepare executive-level materials, and serve as a key liaison between leadership, board members, and internal teams. Your ability to maintain organization, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless operations will directly contribute to the success of executive initiatives and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to coordinate meetings, retreats, and key initiatives that support organizational success
• Facilitate meaningful engagement by preparing agendas, presentations, and materials that drive productive and informed discussions
• Manage executive calendar, travel arrangements, and scheduling logistics to ensure efficient use of leadership time
• Serve as a central liaison between executive leadership, board members, and internal stakeholders to promote clear and positive communication
• Coordinate and attend board and committee meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on action items
• Maintain official board records, including meeting minutes, resolutions, attendance, and governance documentation
• Support board recruitment efforts by coordinating communication, onboarding, and orientation for new members
• Oversee and maintain board portal systems and directories, ensuring accurate and accessible information for all participants
• Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives, tracking progress and coordinating execution across teams
• Support executive office financial processes, including expense reporting, budgeting coordination, and adherence to AP/AR procedures
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (may substitute with an additional 4 years of relevant experience)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership required
• Experience with project coordination or management preferred
• Experience working with boards of directors or in a liaison capacity preferred
Additional Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
• Ability to successfully pass background screenings, including criminal record, driving history, abuse/neglect checks, and fingerprinting
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across in-person, virtual, and written platforms
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and general office systems
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, organizational policies, and applicable federal and state laws
Physical Requirements
• Perform primarily sedentary work, involving sitting for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
• Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally for lifting or moving items
• Use repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and writing during the workday
