A fast-growing robotics startup is seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to become the operational heartbeat of its San Francisco headquarters. - Own day-to-day office operations and ensure the workspace runs smoothly
- Welcome guests, candidates, and interviewees into the office
- Coordinate interview logistics and candidate experience
- Arrange travel and accommodations for work trials and visiting team members
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Provide Executive Assistant support to Founders
- Assist with operational and administrative projects across the business
- Help support in-office events, meetings, and team activities
