Executive AssistantLocation: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 base salary DOE + benefits
Our client, a rapidly scaling and highly regarded technology startup, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a high-profile leader and their growing team during an exciting stage of growth. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys being embedded within an early-stage environment and wants to play a meaningful role in helping build a company from the ground up.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and energized by startup life. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and is best suited for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, stepping in where needed, and serving as a true utility player across executive, office, and light personal support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the executive
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist with light personal support and day-to-day logistics for the executive
- Support office operations, vendor coordination, and workplace organization
- Help coordinate team events, offsites, and internal meetings
- Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with administrative projects
- Serve as a reliable point of contact across internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate needs proactively and help create structure within a fast-moving environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting a founder, or senior executive within a startup or high-growth environment
- Excitement around early-stage company building and startup culture
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable operating in environments that may not yet have established processes
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
