Under the direction of the Associate Vice President, Finance – Youth Development, the Registration Administrative Assistant is a short-term seasonal position responsible for providing administrative support for registration processes in Traction Rec. From 05/01/2026 through 08/31/2026, this role will support summer registration operations through record review, data entry, file organization, and follow-up on registration-related items. The Registration Administrative Assistant will help maintain accurate records, support timely processing, and contribute to an organized and efficient registration experience for staff and families
Key Responsibilities
Key Functions/Responsibilities:

Provide seasonal administrative support for registration processes in Traction Rec.

Review registration records and related information for accuracy and completeness.

Assist with data entry, record updates, and validation tasks in Traction Rec.

Organize and maintain registration files, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.

Identify missing or inconsistent registration information and elevate it to appropriate staff for follow-up.

Support timely completion of registration-related tasks assigned by the business office
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education and Experience:

Previous administrative, registration, or general office support experience preferred.

Experience with data entry or database systems preferred.

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
