Casey Auto Group is a seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join the team at our auto finance division, Auto Credit of Virginia!
This position is crucial to our daily operations, providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments, including cashier operations, insurance and title processing, account management, legal administration, collections, and general management. Position Details:
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Shifts may vary, but will be 5 to 6 hours, between the hours of 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday-Friday and between the hours of 9:00 am-2:00 pm on Saturdays.
Summary of Position:
The Administrative Assistant ensures smooth workflow and organizational efficiency by offering flexible support and maintaining effective coordination between teams. You will be a crucial team member, assisting as needed in various departments to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
