We are seeking an organized, analytical Executive Administrative Assistant with strong business judgment to provide comprehensive support to the Retail Engineering leader and their global teams. You’ll connect with people across functions and levels, blending direct support with independent problem-solving.
The successful candidate will multitask and prioritize incoming requests without requiring close supervision, performing a wide range of administrative duties and project work:\\nExecutive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Retail Engineering leader and their global teams.\\nCalendar \u0026 Meeting Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritizing inquiries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and coordinating multi-executive, multi-location meetings (in-person/virtual) with sound judgment.\\nTravel \u0026 Expense Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for select team members and facilitate expense reporting.\\nProject \u0026 Event Coordination: Manage diverse projects with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events (e.g., Large and complex Global Team events like product launches, off-sites, team-building).\\nFacilities \u0026 Operations Support: Oversee facilities and operations support: space planning, conference room maintenance, supply management (ordering, stocking, mail), floor plan updates, facilities/maintenance requests, and security/privacy compliance.\\nEmployee Onboarding \u0026 Support: Support employees by distributing equipment, processing access requests, and assigning desk allocations, adhering to operational policies.\\nTeam Collaboration \u0026 Development: Collaborate with IS\u0026T administrative assistants, contributing to new admin onboarding/training and assisting with recruitment/interviews as needed.
AA/AS degree and 4-6 years of relevant work experience.\\nPhysical Requirements: Capable of lifting packages up to 20 lbs and pushing a cart.
