Our Transportation Department is seeking a Transportation Payroll Secretary to join their team for the 2025-2026 school year!
SUMMARY: The Transportation Payroll Secretary manages the electronic timekeeping system which feeds directly into the payroll system. This position requires self-motivation, an understanding of payroll recordkeeping, and excellent organizational and file maintenance skills as she/he is responsible for various forms of data. The person is responsible for data entry, maintaining leave balances, and auditing payroll records for accuracy. This position is a backup for both the Transportation Administrative Secretary and the Transportation Secretary for the vehicle maintenance shop.
