POSITION OVERVIEW
Join Back to Nature Home and Garden as our Office Manager. This role is responsible for taking ownership of human resources administration, accounts payable processing, accounts receivable processing, and general office coordination. This role ensures accurate employee data management, compliant HR recordkeeping, timely onboarding support, efficient processing of vendor invoices and payments, as well as the timely collection and accurate recording of customer payments.
The position also serves as a professional first point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees, ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s standards of service and professionalism.
