This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with a minimum of four years of experience in administrative and support staff activities. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Please note that the salary range provided corresponds to the lowest level of the position posted.
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to one of U.S. Bank’s Regional Market Leaders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a Regional Market Leader's calendar, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense management.
Support projects tied to strategic initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations, events and travel arrangements.
Compose professional correspondence and documentation as needed.
Interface confidently with C-suite clients and executive leadership, demonstrating strong executive presence.
Leverage advanced productivity and collaboration tools to create and manage documents, presentations, and data reports. Utilize software applications for word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and visual content to support business needs efficiently.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Typically four or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Executive-level calendar, travel, and expense management experience
Strong executive presence
Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and changing demands.
An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data effectively
Excellent grammatical, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
