We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic staff member to join our Operations and Organizational Development Division as an Executive Assistant.
The Administrative Coordinator performs executive administrative functions and manages division administrative support processes and projects.
This is a hybrid position that requires at least one day per week in the office. You must have adequate internet access and a dedicated remote workspace. Larimer County provides an annual remote work stipend to help with equipment and office supply needs.

What you'll be doing:
Establishing and maintaining office management systems, processes, forms, and standard operating procedures; monitoring administrative support functions to ensure alignment with department policies and expectations.
Providing confidential, high-level administrative support to the Division Manager and Division Administrative Team.
Coordinating meeting and travel arrangements, including working with agents, planners, and facilities to ensure accurate and seamless logistics.
Drafting and researching original correspondence related to policies, procedures, departmental positions, and other administrative matters on behalf of division leadership.
Conducting research on administrative issues independently or as part of project teams; develop recommendations, present options, and assist with implementation.
Serving as scribe for internal and external meetings, capturing accurate notes and action items.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings and events, including reservations and location logistics.
Serving as the Division representative for onboarding and offboarding Operations staff.
Utilizing advanced scheduling, documentation, visualization, and AI-enabled tools such as Google Gemini and NotebookLM to improve workflows and reduce administrative barriers.
Performing other duties as assigned.
