Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner (to CEO)

- Bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
- Own business rhythms (meetings, agendas, follow-ups) to drive alignment
- Draft and refine communications and leadership materials
- Support key initiatives by organizing work and coordinating stakeholders
- Help leaders stay meaningfully connected to the team
What Success Looks Like
- Leadership is focused, prepared, and operating at a high level
- Priorities move forward without constant follow-up
- The organization feels aligned, proactive, and well-communicated
Who You Are
- Proactive and highly organized, without being rigid
- Strong communicator with sound judgment
- Naturally relational and detail-oriented
- Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable working closely with leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting senior leaders or similar experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Why This Role
This is an opportunity to operate as a true business partner—helping shape how leaders work, how teams stay aligned, and how the organization moves forward.
