We are a leading, fast-paced furniture retailer currently experiencing significant growth. We pride ourselves on a culture that balances high performance with a collaborative, supportive environment.
We are seeking a high-caliber, analytical, and "hands-on" Executive Assistant to the COO. This is a strategic partnership designed for someone who thrives on data, operational efficiency, and problem-solving. You will serve as the COO's "right hand," moving seamlessly between executive-level data analysis and boots-on-the-ground warehouse operations.
Operational Efficiency: Partner with the COO to monitor and optimize store and warehouse operations.
Communication: Communicate daily with multiple department heads to ensure workflows are running at peak efficiency.
Data Analysis: Leverage advanced Excel skills to track inventory, analyze supply chain metrics, and generate reports that drive executive decision-making.
Inventory Management: You must be willing to "roll up your sleeves," spending time building complex spreadsheets or assisting with inventory audits in the warehouse.
Cross-Departmental Liaison: Act as a central hub of communication to ensure COO directives are executed across various teams.
Process Improvement: Identify supply chain bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to improve the bottom line.
Analytical Mindset: You love numbers and enjoy finding the "why" behind the data.
Self-Driven & Proactive: You solve problems without waiting for instructions.
Meticulously Accurate: You understand that precision is non-negotiable in supply chain and finance.
Agile Learner: You are eager to learn the nuances of the furniture industry and logistics.
Adaptable: You are comfortable in both a boardroom and a distribution center.
Growth Mindset: You value a unique vantage point into the operations of a large-scale retail business.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in a math-based Business field, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Formulas) and high-level computer literacy are mandatory.
Experience: Prior experience in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or Operations is highly preferred.
