We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a variety of support areas.

Reporting to the Fixed Plant Superintendent and working in a collaborative community, you will be:

• Supporting overtime management in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, State & Federal Law
• Creating and distributing multiple reports, purchasing & invoicing activities
• Ordering supplies, processing mail, work orders, filing and document control
• Coordinating events, meetings, and expense reports
• Completing work order preparation, fuel, and meter hours for mobile equipment

What you’ll bring

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Valid state Driver's License
• Excellent written verbal, and presentation skills
• Excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, Excel, MS Project& SAP
• Ability to handle multiple assignments with appropriate prioritization
• Data Entry experience
