The Field Supervision Department plays a critical role in achieving the Compliance Division's purpose of promoting our client's best interests and options by partnering to improve our culture of compliance and enable the best experience for all. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant II for the Field Supervision Department in Compliance.This role will perform various administrative duties, including answering multiple phone lines, managing calendars, preparing daily work and filing and distributing mail. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who demonstrates customer service skills, typing skills, filing experience, spreadsheet experience, and effective math skills. Excellent computer and excel skills are required.
What You'll Do:May include some or all Administrative Assistant essential functions, plus:- Utilizes knowledge of the firm's organizational structure, Forums, Division functions, and current initiatives to make appropriate connection points and update the head(s) as appropriate
- Prepares and delivers responses (written and verbal) on behalf of manager(s) requiring advanced knowledge of relevant subject matter
- Prepares the manager for meetings
- Obtains and organizes information for use in conferences, speeches, reports and/or meetings
- Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of presentations
- Develops, edits, proofs, and/or formats documents for presentation
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5–8 years related experience
- Able organizational skills with ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks
