Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional service and support. You will also perform a variety of administrative tasks to assist our claims and accounting departments.
Your Role:
- Telephone Operations: Answer and transfer incoming calls and handle inquiries.
- Visitor Assistance: Greet and assist visitors, maintain the Welcome Screen.
- Claims Support: Support our claims department with administrative duties.
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule maintenance, prepare keys for fleet vehicles and administer soup and salad bar.
- Event Coordination: Set up and serve refreshments for meetings, coordinate wellness initiatives.
- Office Maintenance: Stock and maintain coffee bars, procure supplies for guest houses and company activities, prepare popcorn/snow cones weekly.
- Check Requisitions: Complete check requisitions for various invoices.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Be able to work from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily in our home office.
