DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND SCOPE:
- Handle administrative requests and queries from Head of Talent Acquisition
- Acts as assistant and coordinator to Head of Talent Acquisition
- Deliver and organize communication between office and production
- General clerical duties including photocopying and scanning
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Maintains projects and process requests
- Documents HR department SOP's
- Maintain Recruiting Reports
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Miscellaneous projects and duties as requested by Supervisors
- Cover receptionist duties such as daily visitors and distractions when needed
