As our Office Manager, you will:
Coordinate Caregiver & Client Schedules - Manage and adjust schedules to ensure seamless coverage.
Support Caregivers & Clients - Serve as a point of contact for both, resolving issues as needed.
Oversee Compliance & Documentation - Maintain caregiver and client records, ensuring compliance.
Conduct Field Visits - Perform supervisory check-ins and assist with new client consultations.
Answer & Document Calls - Handle inquiries from clients, caregivers, and families.
Assist with Office Administration - Help maintain an organized, professional office environment.
Participate in On-Call Rotation - Provide after-hours support on a rotating basis.
We need a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can multitask and keep operations running smoothly.
Must-Have (Hard Requirements):
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver's License & Car Insurance
Comfortable Answering Phones & Handling Scheduling Adjustments
CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Negative TB Test (2-step initially, 1-step annually)
Preferred (But Not Required):
Experience in Home Care, Healthcare, or Caregiving
CNA Certification or Equivalent Experience
Familiarity with Scheduling or Office Management Software
