Who We’re Looking For:

An Office Manager for Morningstar Marina: a people-person who holds their team and their marina to exceptional standards, leading with empathy, efficiency, and an eagle's eye for detail. We are looking for a candidate that exceeds in execution, making sure every member of the team is operating on the same level and toward the same goal: a superior customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Report directly to the Marina General Manager
• Provide high-level customer service at all times; anticipating customer service needs and providing prompt courteous assistance.
• Provide top-notch sales expertise for potential, incoming and existing customers.
• Drive marina success and impact performance results
• Handle all aspects of office administration, including accounts payable and receivable, customer service management, and other duties as assigned.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives and impact the community as the face of the marina.
• Take pride in our operation, service, and appearance, constantly looking for and acting on ways we can be better.
• Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards as well as Morningstar guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's uniform policy.
• Utilize company software as instructed.
• Ability to maintain positive, professional relationships and interactions with customers, peers, and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn about the marina business and the boating lifestyle.
